The 2020 Pink Power Party Raised $30,000 for the Fight Against Breast Cancer

Susan G. Komen Central and South Jersey’s fifth annual Pink Power Party, on Thursday, March 5, 2020, was a night filled with empowerment, inspiration, and entertainment.
This year the Komen CSNJ community came together at iPlay America to sip, shop and smile throughout this empowering ladies’ night out event! Thanks to the generosity and support of guests, sponsors, vendors and committee members, the 2020 Pink Power Party raised over $30,000 for our mission to end breast cancer forever. This event helps to further our vision of a world without breast cancer, helping to provide life-saving services for local women and men in need of breast cancer care.

Guests enjoyed sushi and an assortment of delicious foods from Chocolate Carousel and Explore Cuisine. Music filled the room from Xplosive Entertainment and their lively emcee welcomed guests into the event. With a chance to win over fifty raffles everyone was feeling lucky and dropped tickets into the bags. Those that were 21+ indulged on a complimentary Tito’s cocktail and feature drink from Princeton Radiology while checking out the over forty vendors that participated.

Everyone cheered for the ladies, including Komen CSNJ’s very own Suzanne Corson, who walked the runway in a fabulous fashion show. Pink Power Party committee member Lola Berent and her team at LOLA’S of Manalapan styled an incredible fashion show with looks from day to night for girls and women of all ages. Dancin’ on the Edge, Manalapan, performed multiple heartwarming and meaningful dances.

The success of this year’s event would not have been possible without our incredible sponsors, vendors, committee members, and all those who attended to help support our mission to live in a world without breast cancer. We’re grateful to all of you for sharing your beauty, strength and resilient attitudes of hope while helping to raise money to fight breast cancer.
